Member Awards

Christmas (December) Meeting

  • for members who joined at least 12 months before the previous 1-Oct
  • to be eligible a member must be in attendance at the time the award is announced

AGM:

  • for all paid up members who have been members since last year, i.e., members should have joined on or before 31-Dec prior
  • the award will be announced after the AGM
  • to be eligible a member must be in attendance at the time the award is announced

Awards (both):

  • 1st award – £250
  • 2nd award – £100
  • 3rd award – free membership renewal for the next 12 months (upon expiry of current membership)
  • Awards to be used only for services provided by other current members.  Invoices to the Forum Treasurer for payment
  • The award must be claimed/used within 12 months of the date of the meeting at which it is awarded otherwise the amount will be donated to a charity chosen by the committee.
